Reservations: Single and double occupancy rooms are available at a rate of $199 per night (plus tax and fees) - this is a discounted rate for Sentinels only! Rooms usually cost $339 per night. Applicable Fees: The room rate of $199 is subject to a 17% tax plus a 2% Texas Recovery Fee.

Reservations Deposit: A valid credit card is required to guarantee and hold each individual's reservation. The credit card being used to guarantee the reservation will not be charged prior to check-out unless the individual cancels their guest room inside of 72 hours or otherwise no-shows. Additionally, to expedite your check-in and check-out process, credit card numbers along with a valid e-mail address for each guest, are required for all reservations.   

Special Concessions: Heritage Action and the Omni Fort Worth are pleased to offer special concessions to Sentinels and their guests staying at the hotel:

• Complimentary basic high-speed internet access in guest rooms booked inside the block throughout the attendee's stay
• Complimentary basic high-speed internet in public areas of the hotel
• Complimentary access to the hotel's Health and Fitness Center

Parking: A 10% discount is offered on valet parking at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel, currently $34 + tax per day, with in/out privileges. Self-parking is not available at the hotel.
