Reservations: Single and double occupancy rooms are available at a rate of $174 per night (plus tax and fees) - this is a discounted rate for Sentinels only! Rooms usually cost $389 per night. To reserve your room, please call (407) 586-0000 by the cut-off date of Thursday, October 21, and reference Heritage Action for America's Sentinel Summit. Online booking will be available soon.
Applicable Fees: The room rate of $174 is subject to 7.5% tax and includes a daily mandatory $30 taxable resort fee.
Reservations Deposit: All reservations must be accompanied with a credit card guarantee or a first night's deposit plus tax. Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring up to 72 hours prior to arrival, provided that the cancellations are accompanied by a valid cancellation confirmation number.
Resort Fee: The hotel's mandatory resort fee will cover several in-room amenities such as:
- Resort Wide Internet Access including enhanced in-room wireless internet access for up to 6 devices and basic wireless internet access in public areas and convention center on a shared network.
- Two bottled waters replenished daily in your guest room.
- 24-hour access to Relâche Fitness Center.
- Scheduled shuttle service to Walt Disney World® Theme Parks & Disney Springs®.
- Local, toll-free and domestic long-distance telephone calls.
- $10 credit towards dry cleaning services.
- Private training session (15 min.) at Relâche Fitness Center (Limited sessions available Tue - Sat from 5 a.m. - 12 p.m. Appointments required, please visit the fitness center to sign up).
- One bucket of range balls at nearby Celebration Golf Club.
- Complimentary access to on property water and pool amenities.
Parking: Self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $20 plus tax per vehicle with no in/out privileges. Valet parking is available for $38 plus tax per vehicle.
