FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How much does it cost to attend Sentinel Summit? Our early bird registration rate is $95! Please register by Saturday, September 10 to receive the early bird rate. Beginning Sunday, September 11, registration will increase to $125. Discounted rates are available for spouses and guests. Please register your guest or spouse during your own registration. 

2. What is the dress code for attendees? The dress code is business casual with the exception of Thursday's Patriots Dinner. Attire for Patriots Dinner is business (ties are optional). 

3. Are meals included in my registration fee? Yes, your registration includes meals during the conference.

4. Who can I contact about meal accommodations if I have a food allergy? You will be asked to note any food allergies during registration. However, if you need to get in touch with someone from our team to update your information, please email specialevents@heritageaction.com.

5. Where do I park? Valet parking is available at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel for $34 + tax per day. Mention Heritage Action or Sentinel Summit to receive a 10% discount. Self-parking is not available.

6. Will there be security at the conference? Yes, security will be present to ensure a safe event.

7. Will the conference be live-streamed or recorded? No, we will not be livestreaming or recording sessions.

8. Who is my Regional Coordinator? See below for information on our Regional Coordinator team!

9. How do I meet Sentinels in my state? Will there be a Participants List? Reach out to your Regional Coordinator to be connected with Sentinels in your area. Guests can opt in or out during registration to have their name published in the Participants List. The list will be available onsite during the conference.

10. What time does registration open? Registration will open at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 10. For agenda updates, please periodically check the Agenda and Updates pages. 

11. What airport do I fly into? We recommend flying into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL). For more information, visit the Hotel & Travel page.

12. Is there an airport shuttle to the hotel? Each airport has multiple ground transportation options available. Visit the Hotel & Travel page for more information.

13. Can I bring my spouse? Yes! Each attendee is permitted to bring 1 guest or spouse. Please register your guest or spouse during your own registration.
