FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What is the dress code for attendees? The dress code is business casual with the exception of Thursday's Patriots Dinner. Attire for the Patriots Dinner is business (ties are optional). 

2. Are meals included in my registration fee? Yes, your registration includes meals during the conference.

3. Who can I contact about meal accommodations if I have a food allergy? You will be asked to note any food allergies during registration. However, if you need to get in touch with someone from our team to update your information, please email specialevents@heritageaction.com.

4. Where do I park? Parking is available at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center when you arrive at the front entrance of the hotel. Self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $20 plus tax per vehicle with no in/out privileges. Valet parking is available for $38 plus tax per vehicle.

5. Will there be security at the conference? Yes, security will be present to ensure a safe event.

6. Will masks be required for attendees? The conference will operate under the current guidance given by the hotel and by the CDC. Current mask guidance is "unvaccinated guests and customers are required to wear masks. For fully vaccinated guests, masks are optional." 7. Will the conference be live-streamed or recorded? No, we will not be livestreaming or recording sessions.

8. Who is my Regional Coordinator? See below for information on our Regional Coordinator team!

9. How do I meet Sentinels in my state? Will there be a Participants' List? Reach out to your Regional Coordinator to be connected with Sentinels in your area. Guests can opt in or out during registration to have their name published in the Participants' List. The list will be available onsite during the conference.

10. What time does registration open? Registration will open at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 11. For agenda updates, please periodically check the agenda and updates pages.

11. What airport do I fly into? We recommend flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO). For more information on travel details, please visit the hotel & travel page.

12. Is there an airport shuttle to the hotel? There are not currently any bus shuttle transportation options available. We recommend taking a taxi or utilizing a rideshare program like Uber or Lyft. 

13. Can I bring my spouse? Yes! Each attendee is permitted to bring 1 guest or spouse. Please register your guest or spouse during your own registration.

14. Is childcare available? If you are in need of childcare during your stay, please contact the hotel for more information by calling (407) 586-0000.
