How much does it cost to attend the Sentinel Leaders Summit? Our early bird registration rate is $40. Please register before October 11th to receive the early bird rate. Beginning October 12th, registration will increase to $50.
What is the dress code for attendees? The dress code is business casual.
Are meals included in my registration fee? Yes, your registration includes your meals.
Who can I contact about special dietary needs? You will be asked to note any food allergies during registration. However, if you need to get in touch with someone from our team to update your information, please email specialevents@heritageaction.com.
Do I need to register separately for The Forum? No, your registration automatically registers you to participate in The Forum.
Where do I park? Self-parking is available for a discounted rate of $28 at the Gaylord Hotel. If you would like to park at The Heritage Foundation on Friday, please reach out to specialevents@heritageaction.com to inquire about availability.
Will there be security at the conference? Yes, security will be present to ensure a safe event.
Is photo ID required? Yes, photo ID will be required upon check-in.
Will the conference be live-streamed or recorded? No, we will not be livestreaming the event.

How do I meet Sentinels in my state? Reach out to your State Director to be connected with Sentinels in your area. Sentinels are encouraged to bring personal business cards to network.
How do I book my hotel? Please indicate in your registration which nights you will need hotel for, and Heritage Action will book your hotel at Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night hotel are included in your registration with an option to purchase an additional hotel night for Tuesday night.
What airport do I fly into? We recommend flying into Reagan National Airport (DCA). For more information, visit the Hotel & Travel page.
How do I obtain reimbursement for travel? Your State Director will send you the reimbursement form. You will also need to provide your flight receipt or address, if you are requesting mileage reimbursement.
Can I bring my spouse or a guest? Since this is an invitation only event, registration does not include any guests. However, if you know someone who you would recommend we invite please reach out to your State Director.
