Attendees will receive complimentary hotel at The Gaylord Resort & Convention Center on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to provide a complimentary reservation at a nearby hotel, should we reach capacity in our hotel block. 

Heritage Action will cover the cost of your Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night hotel stay. If you would like to travel in early on Tuesday to attend all Forum programming on Wednesday, you can add that night to your reservation and it will be charged to you.  

Heritage Action will book your hotel for you as a part of our complimentary room block. Please let us know if you will not be needing hotel at specialevents@heritageaction.com. 

Resort Fee: Heritage Action will cover your resort fee, which covers several in-room amenities:  

• Resort-wide internet access which includes: 

  • Enhanced high-speed internet access in guestrooms 

  • Basic wireless internet access in public areas and meeting space on a shared network 

• Daily one hour sunrise yoga (Offer valid for two people) 

• Two welcome glasses of beer, wine, or cocktail in any of the Resort’s bars (Offer valid one time only during your stay.) 

• Daily transportation on the National Harbor Circulator Bus (Offer valid for up to four people) 

• Bottled water (2 daily) replenished once daily with housekeeping service. 

• 24-hour access to the fitness center 

• Access to the indoor junior Olympic-sized pool 

Parking: Self-parking is available at the hotel for a discounted rate of $28 per day. Heritage Action will cover self-parking costs if participants are driving to the event.
